TGA

Easylawn

The Turf Growers Association was formed in 1995.The TGA consist of 30 members, which in turn are responsible for producing approximately 70% of turf grown in the British Isles Easylawn, as a member of the TGA undertook visits from the TGA council and have been vetted by their Governing Body, as have all other members.

The TGA provide a continual source of knowledge about the industry.  Listed below are examples of the benefits membership with the TGA offers:

  • The opportunity of working more closely with the other turf growers.
  • The sharing of knowledge between members as regards opportunities that you may be best suited to taking advantage of.
  • The ability to source turf from other producers to enable you to extend your product range / increase your capacity.
  • Up-to-date market information on turf production.
  • Insights delivered from the TGA’s research and development projects.

In order for Easylawn to take advantage of these benefits the following are organized for all TGA members gain.

  • Regular discussion groups.
  • Supplier visits.
  • Technical Meetings.
  • TGA field days – to view latest techniques and innovation for establishing, growing, harvesting, handling, transporting, laying and maintaining cultivated turf.
